  • You are highly comfortable working with SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and performance analysis.
  • You have hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., content optimization platforms, generative AI, automation workflows) and understand how to apply them responsibly in an editorial setting.
  • You bring a process orientation and product mindset to the content space.
  • You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • You have a proven ability to move quickly and prioritize effectively, especially in response to real-time traffic or performance changes.
  • You understand how content behaves across multiple channels, including organic search, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • You are detail-oriented, with strong editing skills and a commitment to accuracy and clarity.
  • You are collaborative and communicative, able to work cross-functionally with editorial, SEO, product, and marketing teams.

Bonus
  • Experience working with health or veterinary content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and large-scale content libraries.
  • Experience building or refining automated editorial processes.
  • Understanding of E-E-A-T principles and content quality standards in regulated or trust-sensitive categories.
