We operate at the intersection of medicine, engineering, and advanced simulation, building technologies that directly impact how procedures are learned and tested.

Internship Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern with a strong interest in MedTech, medical devices, and healthcare. This internship is designed for someone who wants real exposure to B2B healthcare marketing, not just content posting.

You will work closely with the founder and core team, supporting LinkedIn-first marketing, paid campaigns, analytics, and market positioning for a global MedTech audience.

  1. This is a hands-on execution role
  2. You will work with real products, real audiences, and real campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and schedule content provided by the internal team
  • Adapt messaging for professional, clinical, and technical audiences
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and audience behavior trends

2. Paid Marketing Support

  • Assist with execution of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Support:
    • Audience and keyword research
    • Ad copy optimization
    • Basic A/B testing and performance tracking
  • Learn funnel-based B2B marketing (awareness → leads → conversions)

3. Market & Audience Research

  • Research:
    • Medical device and MedTech companies
    • Surgeons, clinicians, and healthcare professionals
    • Hospitals, academic centers, and decision-makers
  • Help build target audience lists, segmentation, and outreach data

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track basic performance metrics (engagement, CTR, leads)
  • Support preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Learn how data-driven decisions are made in regulated healthcare marketing

Mandatory Skills (Intern Level)

MedTech | Healthcare | MedicalDevices | B2B | LinkedIn | DigitalMarketing | Analytics | Research | Communication | Execution

Nice-to-Have Skills

SaaS | HealthTech | LifeSciences | ContentWriting | VideoEditing | Canva | GoogleAds | SEO | DataAnalysis | Automation | CRM

Who Should Apply

  1. Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related fields
  2. Strong interest in medical devices, healthcare, or MedTech startups
  3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  4. Curious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn B2B marketing for regulated industries

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3–6 months
  • Location: Remote / Hybrid
  • Type: Internship (Paid / Stipend-based, depending on experience and location)
  • Future Opportunity: Potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs

What You Will Learn

  • How MedTech companies market complex, technical products
  • LinkedIn marketing for doctors, hospitals, and medical device companies
  • Fundamentals of paid advertising in healthcare
  • How a global MedTech startup operates
  • Exposure to real clients, real campaigns, and measurable outcomes

How to Apply

Please share:

  1. A short introduction about yourself
  2. Why you are interested in MedTech / healthcare
  3. Any relevant experience (projects, internships, coursework)
  4. LinkedIn profile or portfolio (if available)
