Medical Device Assembly Associate

Pay Rate: $18.20/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Work Type: Onsite

Job Overview

Seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for an entry-level medical device manufacturing and assembly role. This position supports the fabrication, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be comfortable working with tools, following SOPs, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, fabricate, test, and package medical devices according to specifications
  • Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment
  • Conduct quality inspections on production lines to ensure compliance with standards
  • Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety procedures
  • Read and interpret written instructions and specifications
  • Rotate between production tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Report production or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0–1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude required
