CNC Machinist – Medical Device Manufacturing

Shifts Available

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 1:30 am

Enjoy a consistent schedule with three-day weekend. Shift hours may vary depending on department. Overtime opportunities available.

What You'll Do

  • Operate CNC machines to produce precision medical components
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators, and other inspection tools
  • Verify parts meet blueprint, GD&T, and quality requirements
  • Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
  • Conduct preventative machine maintenance and monitor coolant, lubrication, and machine condition
  • Complete first article inspections and in-process quality checks
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
  • Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met

What We're Looking For

  • CNC machining experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Understanding of precision measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Basic math and shop math skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.

20+hours:
