Contracts & Proposal Senior Analyst
Location: Leesburg, VA / Allendale, NJ

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts & Proposal Senior Analyst to support our commercial and legal teams in the development, negotiation, and management of contracts and customer proposals. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliant, timely, and competitive responses to RFPs/RFQs, pricing agreements, and other contractual documents within the medical device space.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop, review, and manage commercial proposals, including responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, distributor agreements, and pricing proposals.
  • Draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of customer contracts, including purchasing agreements and GPO/IDN agreements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, and Marketing to ensure proposals and contracts align with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Maintain and track contract lifecycle stages; ensure compliance with deadlines and renewal timelines.
  • Analyze pricing, margins, and terms to support strategic deal structuring in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, Sunshine Act).
  • Support audits and internal reporting related to contract performance, compliance, and customer pricing history.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with current regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines specific to the medical device industry.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to streamline proposal development and contract approval workflows

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of FDA, HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other healthcare compliance standards.
  • CFCM or equivalent contracts certification is a plus.
  • 3-6 years of experience in contracts management, proposals, or sales operations, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory guidelines relevant to medical devices.
  • Experience managing RFP/RFQ responses and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Familiarity with medical device sales structures, including GPOs, IDNs, and hospital systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Salesforce, Conga, Ironclad, Icertis).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with competing priorities

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $100,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives, plus benefits.
