Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs

  • Implement detailed installation plans

  • Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and preโ€‘release products

  • Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues, scope feature requests to improve current products, and collect requirements for future products

  • Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams

  • Maintain strategic customer relationships

  • Deliver technical presentations and customer training

  • Assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications

  • Travel required up to 20% to support highโ€‘volume manufacturing sites


Minimum Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s Level Degree and 0 years related work experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years


Compensation

Base Pay Range: $78,200.00 - $132,900.00 Annually
