Clinical Specialist - Surgical RoboticsPensacola, FL | Field-Based | Florida Panhandle TerritoryAbout the Opportunity - Break into Medical Device while staying in the OR

Rep-Lite is partnering with a rapidly growing surgical robotics innovator that is transforming the future of minimally invasive surgery. We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support robotic-assisted surgical programs throughout the Florida Panhandle. Are you an OR nurse, a Surgical Tech, or a Clinical Specialist looking to take the next step in your career in medical device sales?

This highly visible field-based role combines clinical expertise, surgeon training, operating room support, and customer relationship management to drive successful robotic adoption and procedure growth.

ResponsibilitiesClinical Support & Case Coverage
  • Provide hands-on clinical support during robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
  • Support surgeons and operating room staff before, during, and after procedures.
  • Assist with robotic system setup, workflow integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure successful adoption and utilization of robotic technology within assigned accounts.
Training & Education
  • Train surgeons, nurses, surgical technologists, and operating room personnel.
  • Conduct product education programs and procedural training sessions.
  • Support onboarding of new users and ongoing clinical competency development.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for customers.
Territory Growth & Account Support
  • Drive utilization and procedure growth throughout assigned accounts.
  • Partner with the commercial team to support territory objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Support new product launches, upgrades, and technology adoption initiatives.
Relationship Management
  • Develop strong relationships with surgeons, operating room leadership, and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and clinical support.
  • Assist with building surgeon advocacy and long-term customer success.

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one of these areas:
    • Clinical Specialist in medical device
    • Registered nurse, with operating room expertise
    • Operating Room Support as a Certified Surgical Technician
    • Field Clinical Education
  • Experience working within hospital operating rooms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Panhandle territory.
Preferred
  • Surgical robotics experience.
  • Minimally invasive surgery experience.
  • Laparoscopic surgery experience.
  • Electrosurgery or advanced energy device experience.
  • Experience supporting surgeons during procedures.
  • Experience with hospital capital equipment or procedural technologies.
