We are a full-service architecture and engineering firm for national expansions and program rollouts. Over the last 17 years, we have scaled to 13 offices across the US along with over 150 employees and counting!
 

What You Will Be Doing

The position will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex commercial and retail projects nationwide. This role partners with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project goals. As the primary client contact, the Project Manager drives communication, manages stakeholder expectations, oversees project risks, and ensures quality and regulatory compliance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-performing projects that meet both design and operational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Retail, shopping center, grocery....etc. project experience
  • Revit familiarity
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven leadership experience with direct client interaction.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and project delivery.
  • Commitment to quality and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with commercial and retail projects, including grocery, QSR, warehouse, and similar facilities.
