ISS Manager

We are seeking an organized and compassionate Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) Manager to oversee daily operations of our day habilitation program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining compliance standards, and creating a safe, engaging environment where individuals can build skills and reach personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in daily program operations
  • Ensure individuals receive quality services aligned with person-centered plans
  • Monitor program activities to maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Train, coach, and schedule staff to ensure appropriate coverage and performance
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and incident follow-up in a timely manner
