Job description

Overview
We are seeking an IT Plant Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support in a manufacturing environment. This role will support both plant operations and office users, ensuring critical technology systems remain operational and employees receive timely technical assistance.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, technically strong, and comfortable working independently in both office and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide deskside and remote technical support for end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and network-related issues
  • Perform break/fix support for computers, phones, printers, and connected devices
  • Manage support tickets, walk-up requests, and issue escalation as needed
  • Support meeting and conference room technology, including video conferencing systems
  • Assist with device imaging, deployment, and provisioning processes
  • Support mobile device management initiatives
  • Perform inventory tracking and asset management
  • Conduct periodic audits of IT equipment and technology assets
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical services
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support procedures
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new technologies

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
