We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our fast-growing team in the medical device manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in precision machining, quality workmanship, and contributing to life-changing medical products.

What You'll Do

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes, machining centers, and/or grinders
  • Machine complex, tight-tolerance components for medical device applications
  • Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Optimize processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cycle times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe, mill, and/or grinding)
  • Experience machining tight-tolerance, high-precision components
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
  • Familiarity with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, CMM experience is a plus)
  • Experience in medical, aerospace, or other regulated industries preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
  • Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding organization
