Job description

Job Title:         Medical Assembler

Client:              Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration:         12-Month Contract

Location:         Dexter, MI 48130

Shift:                1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
                   

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and mechanical medical device components and subassemblies.
  • Work with modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, cables, and related assemblies.
  • Follow diagrams, schematics, process instructions, and visual work aids.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.
  • Perform continuity checks, basic testing, and quality inspections.
  • Rework, modify, disassemble, and reassemble products as required.
  • Support prototype and experimental builds.
  • Complete production documentation and records accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturing and quality procedures.
  • Assist with packaging, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling when needed.

Required Skills

  • Assembly experience or strong aptitude for assembly work.
  • Excellent hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
