Job description

Our MedTech Healthcare Collection Associate will be responsible for confirming and collecting medical equipment inventory in a hospital. You will be working with surgical, non-invasive and orthopaedic equipment within areas of the hospital such as Operating Rooms and Inventory Departments. This is a great opportunity for you to gain medical experience!

Job Responsibilities:Visit assigned hospitals as assigned to collect orthopaedic inventory boxes.Prepare box w/ prepaid shipping label and ship product to client manufacturing plantDocument and log daily collections totalsNotify the local Sales team of shipping supply needsPer Diem and flexible availabilitySchedule:
  • You will have a flexible schedule Monday thru Friday - No evenings/No Weekends on local assignments and an opportunity to grow and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning about the medical device industry.
Required Qualifications:An active and unrestricted driver license is required for this positionMinimum High school diploma or equivalentReliable vehicle for transportationMust be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systemExcellent customer service skills and strong attention to detailAbility to lift 30-50 lbsAbility to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, requiredTravel Requirement:Travel locally for up to 2-3 hours to support customer needs.
  • Travel, and your time traveling is paid, as is mileage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated
  • Experience in healthcare, general labor, warehouse or customer service, is beneficial for this position. However, training is provided.
