Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales)
  • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have 6+ years of outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales)
  • Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
  • Approximately 20% travel
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile

Preferred:

  • Prior Medical device or surgical sales experience
  • Experience in operating room environments
  • Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, or clinical workflows
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments
  • Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty

Compensation:

Disclosure as required by applicable state law, this position is compensated on a 100% performance-based commission structure, designed to reward high achievement and entrepreneurial drive. Representatives earn commission from day one as their baseline compensation based on territory revenue, and with uncapped earning potential directly aligned to individual sales performance. The OTE is highly competitive and will be discussed on the first intial phone call.
