We serve healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, and medical clinics, by offering a comprehensive range of products designed to meet their diverse needs. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales within assigned territories.
This role requires a strong ability to sell. Outside sales experience is highly preferred.
Position Overview:
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical goods to doctors and healthcare professionals within your designated territory. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while also identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to effectively manage your assigned territory, including prioritizing target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and allocating resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development: Proactively prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities with doctors, medical practices, clinics, and other healthcare providers. Present product demonstrations, conduct product trainings, and provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing patterns. Act as a trusted advisor and resource for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets and provide visibility to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; healthcare-related degree or experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device sales or healthcare industry.
