Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Shift: 1st Shift (Overtime required)
Location: Minnetonka, MN

Job Description:
Responsible for assembling, repairing, and testing medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Work includes handling small components, following written procedures, and completing production documentation with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble medical devices using small tools and a microscope

  • Follow written and verbal work instructions

  • Complete production and quality documentation

  • Maintain high quality and safety standards

  • Work effectively as part of a team

  • Support continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read and understand written instructions (7th-grade level)

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
