We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Courier Dispatcher to join our healthcare logistics team. This role is essential in coordinating the safe and timely delivery of medical specimens, supplies, and documentation across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.

As a Dispatcher, your day will fly by as you:

  • Answer driver calls with a smile.
  • Review orders as they come in and assign them to the appropriate driver.
  • Help ensure that our routes and on demand drivers stay on time with their pickups and deliveries.
  • Escalate out of ordinary items to the Operations Manager for the market area.
  • Keep things professional, positive, and proactive in every interaction.
