Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, make diagnoses when necessary, and monitor patient statuses utilizing evidence-based practices and tools, including the DSM-5, to generate individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity.
  • Engage in continual assessment of patient progress, employing strategic interventions tailored to support mental health diagnoses and personal goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment and clinical information while adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental policies, employing modern healthcare technology for documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with patients and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with the patient's needs and desired outcomes.
  • Focus on areas of patient safety and symptom management, while actively participating in a team-oriented environment to achieve shared objectives.
