The AI/ML Engineering Intern will support the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and data scientists, this role contributes to real-world projects involving data processing, model experimentation, and software integration. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and eager to learn modern AI and machine learning techniques in a practical, collaborative environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models for various business use cases
  • Support data collection, preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering tasks
  • Help build scalable ML pipelines and contribute to model deployment efforts
  • Conduct research on new algorithms, frameworks, and tools to improve model performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into applications or systems
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and agile development processes
  • Analyze results, prepare reports, and present findings to project stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Experience with Python and ML libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Clearance: May be requried to obtain a secret security clearance
