Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant specializing in Medical Coding Services to join our VISN 21 team in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate medical coding using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems for patient records and claims
  • Review and abstract clinical documentation to assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and VISN 21 coding guidelines and regulations
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and physicians to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies
  • Support medical billing processes by providing properly coded records for claims submission
