Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Speech Therapist interested in working with a pediatric population, 1-21 yrs of age, within a multidisciplinary clinic setting. You will assist kids with their speech, language and feeding issues, maintain safety and ultimately maximize their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs

  • Provide treatments that help improve patients’ quality of life

  • Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques

  • Create programs tailored to patients’ specific needs

  • Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions

  • Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally

  • Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle

  • Consult and practice with other health professionals

  • Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress

  • Document patient care services


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Speech Therapist (Required)

  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
