What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist patients with intake, including taking medical histories and recording vital signs
  • Answer phones and schedule patients with a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Perform basic life support and emergency procedures when necessary
  • Conduct X-ray procedures and handle imaging equipment properly
  • Assist patients with consents and paperwork, making the process feel simple and stress-free
  • Communicate clearly and confidently using medical terminology with patients and staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including insurance coding
  • Prepare exam rooms and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and ready
