RoyalAire Mechanical Services has immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Commercial Field Plumber Supervisor in the Greater Tampa Bay area!

What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and lead field plumbing personnel on job sites.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes.
  • Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment with project managers and other trades.
  • Conduct daily job site inspections and safety meetings.
  • Oversee coordination and installation of piping systems, fixtures, backflow prevention, and other plumbing components.
  • Train and mentor plumbing staff and apprentices.
  • Track labor hours, materials used, and progress reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, standards, and company policies.
  • Attend and represent RoyalAire in project specific meetings. (Safety, CM, Coordination, etc.)

What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or plumbing license preferred.
  • Minimum [10+] years of supervisory experience.
  • Supervising crew sizes up to 15+.
  • Clean driving record, criminal record and drug test.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency in reading construction documents and interpreting plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
