We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our medical clinic team. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and plays an important part in creating a welcoming and efficient patient experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.
  • Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments.
  • Verify patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Collect copays and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients.
  • Assist with patient forms, referrals, and general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor reception and waiting areas to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications
