Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals seeking behavioral health services- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and goals- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards- Utilize coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9 for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes- Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions- Provide case management services to assist individuals in accessing necessary resources and support

Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist(LCAS) and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician(LCMHC)- Experience in behavioral health specifically substance use disorders.- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques- Familiarity with medical documentation standards and coding systems (ICD-10, ICD-9)- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-Willing to train someone with provisional license.
