Job description

We are seeking 2 dependable and detail-oriented part-time team members to join our growing hair restoration practice. This position is ideal for candidates with a medical background or individuals interested in learning a specialized surgical field. We are willing to train the right candidates.

Schedule
  • Part-time: 2–3 days per week
  • Primarily Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Occasional Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays
  • 8–12+ hour shifts
  • No more than 3 days per week
Locations

Candidates must be willing to travel between both office locations:

  • Canton
  • Shelby Township
Responsibilities
  • Assist with FUT and FUE hair restoration procedures
  • Prepare grafts including trimming, counting, and maintaining grafts at controlled temperatures
  • Assist with graft placement
  • Set up and break down surgical rooms
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and procedure rooms
  • Support patient communication and provide excellent patient care
Qualifications
  • Medical experience/background preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
