Position Responsibilities:

Handles incoming calls promptly, ideally by the third ring, ensuring each call is properly identified, categorized, and directed to the correct department.

Efficiently schedules patient appointments, maintaining accurate records in line with practice policies.

Verifies that patients complete all necessary forms accurately and thoroughly prior to their appointments.

Enters patient demographic and insurance information into the system, following standard procedures.

Organizes and prepares daily superbill batches, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate before submission to the billing company.

Qualifications:

Front desk experience preferred

High School Diploma required

Bilingual required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
