Carease Health is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Burlington, WI! As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our comprehensive preventative care program, utilizing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to prioritize proactive measures for enhanced physical health and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs and medical histories

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to provide exceptional care and support

Requirements
