From the moment you escort the patient to their Provider to seamlessly scheduling next steps, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and ensuring patient comfort

- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures

- Collect and process laboratory specimens, perform basic laboratory tests, and document results accurately

- Manage patient scheduling, answer phone calls, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

- Maintain clean and organized examination rooms and medical equipment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards

- Update and maintain patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems with accuracy and confidentiality

- Educate patients on medication instructions, follow-up care, and health maintenance as directed by healthcare providers

- Ability to travel to all 4 office location as needed
