The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends or evenings needed for special events or emergencies.

• Perform administrative tasks such as managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate patient databases, and updating electronic health records (EHR) with the utmost attention to detail.
• Greet patients warmly and gather their comprehensive medical history, preparing them for examinations while ensuring their comfort.
• Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures, displaying a strong knowledge of medical equipment and a commitment to maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring correct labeling and compliance with established protocols to maintain integrity and accuracy.
• Administer medications and injections under physician supervision, prioritizing patient safety and adhering to strict medical protocols regarding dosages.
• Conduct essential laboratory tests, such as EKGs, and accurately document results to contribute to the patient's overall assessment and care plan.
• Educate patients on medication usage, healthcare procedures, and general wellness guidelines, enhancing their understanding of their health.
• Measure vital signs, document patient information, and maintain detailed records to provide a clear and comprehensive picture of patient health.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within examination rooms, ensuring that instruments are sterilized and medical supplies are adequately stocked.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, actively participating in staff meetings and contributing to seamless patient treatment plans.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant is required, individuals with specialized training in specific procedures relevant to our outpatient services will be given preference.

The salary range for this position is between USD 30,000 and USD 50,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
