Job Summary
PCI Health Training Center is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant Instructor for our Dallas & Richardson campuses. This role is ideal for a passionate healthcare professional who is excited to train, mentor, and prepare students for successful careers in the medical field.ย 
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging instruction in medical assisting, including clinical skills, patient care, medical terminology, and anatomy & physiology
  • Lead hands-on lab and clinical training while ensuring safety and industry standards
  • Track student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records
  • Support student success through coaching, accountability, and professional development
  • Utilize learning technology and collaborate on curriculum improvements
Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 consecutive years of work experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 10 years
  • Prior teaching or training experience preferred
