Medical Assistant (MA) – Pain Management | Full-Time

Busy, growing pain management medical practice seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:

  • Triage patients and obtain vital signs
  • Document medical history and update patient charts
  • Assist physician during patient visits, including medical scribing
  • Process prior authorizations
  • Handle patient phone calls and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (required)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work quickly within EMR/EHR systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Pain management experience is a plus
