Position Summary

The Medical Assistant serves as a key member of our clinical team and will work directly alongside our wellness providers to support patient care, clinic operations, and treatment delivery.

This individual will assist with patient onboarding, laboratory coordination, phlebotomy, scribing, inventory management, patient education, and day-to-day clinical operations while ensuring a seamless patient experience from start to finish.

Requirements

Clinical Support
  • Assist providers during patient consultations and treatments
  • Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
  • Prepare treatment rooms and clinical equipment
  • Assist with patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions to patients
  • Support wellness, hormone optimization, weight loss, and longevity programs
Patient Experience
  • Welcome and onboard new patients
  • Educate patients on treatment protocols and provider recommendations
  • Ensure a professional, caring, and exceptional patient experience
  • Coordinate patient follow-up and communication as directed
  • Answer patient questions and direct concerns appropriately
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Scribe during patient visits and maintain accurate documentation
  • Submit, track, and manage laboratory orders and results
