This position is based in our onsite hospital facility in Midland Park, New Jersey. • Assist licensed Physical Therapists with the execution of tailored treatment plans designed to address patients’ specific rehabilitation needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities, such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Evaluate and document patient progress, utilizing standardized assessment tools and reporting any significant changes in condition to the supervising PT.
• Guide patients through various exercises and educate them on home programs to reinforce treatment and promote recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with clinic standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to healthcare regulations.

The patients you will work with range from post-operative recovery to chronic pain management, all of whom are seeking guidance and support in their rehabilitation journey. • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in New Jersey is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited PTA program is essential.
