  • Educate patients and their families on at-home exercise regimens and recovery techniques, fostering a supportive environment that enhances patient engagement in their own recovery journey.
  • Accurately document patient assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes within our electronic health record (EHR) system promptly to uphold continuity of care.

Our patient population is diverse, ranging from post-surgical individuals recovering after orthopedic procedures to athletes addressing sports-related injuries and clients experiencing chronic pain. We are committed to providing specialized care that meets each patient's unique needs, with a strong emphasis on fostering recovery through tailored and evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care are essential for success in this role.
  • A passion for patient advocacy and innovative, evidence-based treatment is highly regarded.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient rehabilitation.
  • Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team is beneficial, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Prior exposure to a varied patient demographic, including geriatric, pediatric, and athletic populations, will be an asset.
