The Opportunity:

Manufacturing Associate - Medical Cart Assembly is a key member of the manufacturing team responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling our medical cart products in accordance with Marketlab’s quality and safety standards.

This role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor on the Cart Line Manufacturing Team.

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Assembly Process Knowledge – Understands assembly procedures, product handling, and labeling requirements.

  • Attention to Detail – Maintains accuracy in product counts, labels, and visual presentation.

  • Time Management – Works efficiently to meet daily production schedules and changeover requirements.

  • Teamwork – Collaborates effectively with team members and leadership to achieve collective goals.

  • Quality Focus – Follows quality assurance guidelines and identifies any non-conforming products.

  • Safety Awareness – Consistently follows safety protocols and contributes to a hazard-free environment.

  • Adaptability – Adjusts to changing production priorities or product lines as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute assembly tasks according to established procedures and production schedules.

  • Verify product labels, counts, and packaging configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout each shift.

  • Assist in preparing materials and supplies to support smooth production flow.

  • Report any product defects, safety concerns, or process issues

  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines to maintain compliance with company standards.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

  • Previous Packing/Warehouse experience is preferred.

  • Experience as a Positive team members

Physical Expectations:

  • Physically able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Ability to tolerate temperatures in the workspace that fluctuate throughout the year.
