• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through in-depth interviews and examinations, developing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each individual’s circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote overall well-being, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring clients have access to effective resources for managing their conditions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, actively participating in team meetings and case discussions to ensure coordinated efforts and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and coping strategies, fostering a supportive and informed environment.

Our practice primarily focuses on serving individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. As an LCSW, you will play an instrumental role in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, utilizing a strengths-based approach that recognizes their unique experiences and empowers them to reclaim their mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, providing the foundational knowledge for effective practice in clinical settings.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, along with a deep understanding of trauma-informed care practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Demonstrable problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills that support client decision-making processes and treatment planning.

Experience in working with teletherapy platforms and digital mental health resources is highly preferred, along with familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Additional certifications in specialized therapies or areas of mental health practice will be considered advantageous.
