Our Ideal Hospice Aide
  • Previous experience in hospice, homecare, or home health
  • Willing to travel within our local service area
  • Certified by the state as a home health aide
  • Holds current CPR certification
  • Has a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in English
Your Responsibilities
  • Follow the interdisciplinary plan of care to support each patient's needs
  • Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and educational programs
  • Collaborate with the hospice team to deliver comprehensive care
