Medical Administrative Assistant Healthcare - Non Clinical

Patient Services Representative โ€“ Medical Office | Epic EMR

Location: Chestnut Hill, MA - FREE PARKING Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday | 8-hour shifts Pay: 47-54K salary ($22-26/hr)

Our client is an outpatient internal medicine/cardiology practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. They offer a professional, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, excellent customer service, and patient advocacy are top priorities.

They are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong background in customer service and healthcare administration. This is a direct-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and career growth potential!

  • Greet and assist patients, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage provider schedules and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
