We are looking to hire an Associate Recruiter to add to our Talent Acquisition team. The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. This role will work alongside the Talent Acquisition and HR teams in a fast paced, energetic, and goal-oriented environment using effective sourcing strategies and best practices to seek top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively source and recruit candidates using various sourcing and recruiting platforms.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing inspiring information about the company and position.
  • Pre-screen and present detailed profile summaries of candidates for appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, and knowledge.
  • Manage an ongoing and robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Track and manage Candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System (Rippling).
  • Set and overachieve weekly and monthly hiring goals.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 Plus Years of recruiting/sourcing/client-facing/sales experience required.
  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates via advanced sourcing techniques preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High energy and driven individual with proven track record of results.
  • Easily overcomes challenges and adapts to change.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking software.
  • Fully onsite in our Irvine, CA office is required.
