Key Responsibilities
  • Support the accounting team with day-to-day operational tasks, including receiving and processing invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between the US office and the Turkey headquarters, coordinating the timely transfer of invoices, financial documents, and supporting information across teams
  • Assist in tracking inventory movements and maintaining up-to-date inventory records in coordination with the relevant managers
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry and basic payment follow-ups
  • Perform general bookkeeping support activities such as account coding and data entry into the accounting system
  • Assist with month-end close activities by organizing documentation and following established procedures
  • Prepare basic account reconciliations and flag discrepancies for review by senior team members
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready accounting records and files
  • Communicate with internal teams and international offices to gather and relay financial information accurately and on time
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the accounting team as needed
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative support role; exposure to A/P or A/R processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical skills are desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, process-driven tasks accurately
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, international environment and coordinating across different time zones
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to support the team and take on varied tasks
  • ERP or accounting system experience is a plus but not required; ability to learn new systems quickly is valued
  • Professional discretion in handling confidential financial information
