Thriving boutique-style CPA firm located in central Boca Raton is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, organized, bookkeeper to assist with the daily tasks of running a laid-back accounting office. Responsibilities include QuickBooks, processing individual and corporate tax returns, payroll and sales tax preparation, managing due date reports, answering phones, scanning of client tax docs and other general administrative tasks.

Established, growing CPA firm, looking for a Bookkeeper / Accountant. This individual will serve as a key part of the office's accounting team and assist with the processing/delivery of business and individual tax returns. This is the perfect opportunity for an accounting professional that is looking for a more laid-back office environment who values being a key part of a smaller team (5 in total).

What you'll be doing:
QuickBooks/accounting
Prepare simple payroll and sale tax returns
E-delivery of tax returns to clients
Processing tax returns in UltraTax
Manage/review due dates report for tax returns
Assist with the workflow of the office
Maintain client relationships
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
UltraTax is a plus
Prior public accounting and QuickBooks experience is preferred
