The Job:
OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Strategy
OMG23 is looking for an Integrated Media Planner to help bring media strategies to life across channels like TV and digital. You'll be the day-to-day owner of assigned campaigns, making sure plans are smart, on budget, and executed correctly. This role is ideal for someone early in their media career who's curious, analytical, and ready to take real ownership.
What You'll Do:
Help develop media strategies alongside internal teams
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across TV and digital channels
Use research and analytics tools to identify the best media placements
Monitor competitive activity and flag key insights
Build client-facing decks that clearly explain strategy and tactics
Manage budgets, investments, and purchase authorizations
Review schedules and buys to ensure performance aligns with goals
Support digital reporting with insights and optimization recommendations
Coordinate with activation, traffic, and account teams to ensure smooth execution
Manage and mentor junior team members on day-to-day tasks
Track timelines, deliverables, and evolving client needs
Stay up to date on media trends and vendor offerings
You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
1+ years of media experience; integrated TV + Digital preferred
Working knowledge of media, marketing, and advertising fundamentals
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint or Keynote
Familiarity with tools like Comscore, Doubleclick, Kantar, MRI/Simmons, Nielsen, Prisma, and R/F tools
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
