Job description

The Ecommerce Operations Manager will work directly with Movie Zyng's Managing Director to oversee the day-to-day operation and growth of the business.

This role combines ecommerce merchandising, promotional planning, email marketing coordination, customer experience management, analytics, and operational leadership.

The ideal candidate is an experienced ecommerce operator who understands how to grow a direct-to-consumer business through effective merchandising, promotions, customer retention, and operational excellence.

This position is designed as a long-term leadership opportunity, with the expectation that the successful candidate will assume increasing responsibility over the next several years and ultimately become the primary operational leader of Movie Zyng.
