  • Support day-to-day content strategy and story posting for Nancy's personal account
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, events, and day-in-the-life content that reflects Nancy's voice and lifestyle
  • Help maintain a consistent, elevated presence that builds Nancy's personal brand alongside the company brand


Brand & Company Accounts

  • Support content creation, editing, and posting across @nanproperties and related brand accounts
  • Assist with story coverage for listings, events, agent spotlights, and company milestones
  • Help maintain consistency across NAN Leasing and Women in PowHER content


Content Production

  • Create and edit photo and video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Repurpose long-form content into Stories, Reels, and short-form clips
  • Maintain a cohesive visual and editorial style aligned with brand standards


Trend Forecasting & Strategy

  • Monitor social media trends, audio, and formats relevant to real estate, luxury lifestyle, and Houston culture
  • Bring forward timely content ideas and adapt trending formats to fit brand voice
  • Track platform algorithm changes and best practices to keep content performing

Event Coverage

  • Attend company events, listings, and community activations to capture real-time content
