Solenis is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our onsite operations supporting our Rome, Georgia facility. This is a leadership role responsible for managing customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and leading a small technical team
What You'll Do
As the Site Manager, you will serve as the primary Solenis representative at the customer site and be responsible for:
  • Manage the day-to-day onsite Industrial Water Treatment program for International Paper's Rome facility.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional technical support and value delivery.
  • Develop annual business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability objectives.
  • Sell new business opportunities and new treatment applications by demonstrating measurable customer value and return on investment.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, Applications, and other commercial teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and opportunity tracking within Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Manage account profitability, including pricing, chemical programs, equipment performance, and accounts receivable.
  • Evaluate customer processes and treatment programs to identify operational improvements and safety enhancements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and continued business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop up to two full-time employees, providing technical guidance and performance leadership.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or another related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of Industrial Water Treatment (IWT) experience, preferably supporting pulp and paper manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing large industrial customer accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and process water treatment programs.
  • Proven business development and account growth experience.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical personnel.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,130.00 and $149,776.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
