Fleet Manager & Media Coordinator

Welcome to the Tapestry Family

Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care is family-owned and operated, not a big corporation, and we're proud of it. For more than 16 years, we've been caring for patients and families across North Georgia with the compassion, dignity, and respect they deserve.

At Tapestry, we don't just say "like family," we live it. That promise extends to our patients and our teammates. If you're looking for a place where your work is appreciated, your creativity is encouraged, and your contributions truly matter, you may have just found your home.

The Only Thing Missing Is... YOU!

We're looking for an organized, energetic, and creative Fleet Manager & Media Coordinator to join our Tapestry Family.

This unique role combines operations, logistics, fleet management, employee engagement, and social media coordination. You'll help support company culture, manage important projects and events, maintain our fleet operations, and tell the Tapestry story through engaging content and communications. Ifyou enjoy variety in your day, love bringing people together, and thrive in a role that blends organization with creativity, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As the Fleet Manager & Media Coordinator, you'll provide operational and logistical support across the organization while helping strengthen our culture, maintain fleet readiness, and promote the Tapestry mission through internal and external communications.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist leadership with planning, organizing, and executing company projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, trainings, employee celebrations, and community outreach activities.
  • Build and promote a strong culture of engagement throughout the organization.
  • Organize and lead committees that support employee culture and media-related initiatives.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of supplies, equipment, and company assets.
  • Support office moves, equipment deployments, and operational logistics projects.
  • Manage and maintain Tapestry's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content highlighting hospice services, employee recognition, community involvement, company initiatives, Tapestry TV, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Tapestry branding, values, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond appropriately to inquiries.
  • Maintain fleet records, registrations, insurance documentation, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service appointments.
  • Track fleet utilization, fuel cards, mileage records, and vehicle assignments.
  • Support compliance with company vehicle and safety policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and support organizational growth.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for company events.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel throughout the service area as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, operations, or healthcare administration.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or hospice services.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Knowledge of hospice and palliative care services.
  • Experience creating social media content and managing business pages.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Creative and innovative
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • A natural problem-solver
  • Compassionate and relationship-focused
