About Us

We’re a passionate spice company on a mission to bring bold flavors and culinary inspiration to kitchens everywhere. Our brand is growing fast, and we’re looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Coordinator to help us spice up our online presence.

What You’ll Do

• Create, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Edit videos using CapCut (and other tools as needed) to produce polished, on-brand content

• Appear on camera for recipes, taste tests, behind-the-scenes content, and brand storytelling

• Plan and schedule content using social media management platforms (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

• Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement — and actively respond to our community

• Track performance metrics and share insights on what’s working (and what’s not)

• Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable and confident on camera — personality is everything here

• Proficient in CapCut for video editing

• Familiar with scheduling platforms (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)

• Working knowledge of all major social platforms — TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest

• A creative eye for visuals, styling, and storytelling

• Self-motivated and able to manage a content calendar independently

• A genuine love for food, cooking, or the culinary world is a huge plus

• Portfolio or personal social media presence showing your content style is strongly preferred

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Adobe Premiere, or Lightroom

• Photography skills

• Experience growing a social account from scratch
