Role: Creative Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

OPPORTUNITY
The US Creative Developer will be responsible for leading creative build excellence across our North American client projects whilst also working with the creative manager to develop new features and improve development processes for the team. This individual will support the US creative team in ensuring creative builds are best-in-class, supporting the Product and Sales team to secure new business, and contribute to the development of our custom creative solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Develop custom, dynamic and interactive advertisement builds, including asset exporting, animation conceptualization and reformatting
  • Animate HTML5 advertisements based on design files & storyboards provided by client or internal design team
  • Develop advertisements for CTV, OLV, Youtube, Social, DOOH, & display channels
  • Optimize advertisements to be within specs in reference to KB size and animation loops for agnostic trading requirements

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years in digital media production or relevant digital experience
  • Degree or Bootcamp Certification in development preferred
  • Experience in web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with platforms like Google Web Designer, Sizmek, or Celtra
  • Provides a portfolio demonstrating digital development skills

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $65,000- $75,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
