We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and relationship-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing and community outreach initiatives while helping drive census growth and strengthen our presence throughout the healthcare community.ย 

Position Overviewย 

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and outreach efforts to promote facility services, increase referrals, and build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.ย 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys networking and relationship-building, and is passionate about making a positive impact in senior care.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and community outreach plansย ย 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral sourcesย ย 

  • Coordinate facility tours, outreach visits, networking events, and community engagement initiativesย ย 

  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website content, and online reputation managementย ย 

  • Collaborate closely with admissions and leadership teams to support census growth goalsย ย 

  • Analyze marketing trends, referral data, and occupancy metrics to improve performanceย ย 

  • Represent the facility professionally at healthcare and community eventsย ย 

  • Assist with planning and execution of facility events, promotions, and community partnershipsย ย 

  • Maintain marketing reports and track outreach activitiesย ย 

  • Ensure marketing practices remain compliant with healthcare regulations and company standardsย ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferredย ย 

  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience preferred, especially in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior livingย ย 

  • Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and sales strategiesย ย
