This role combines strategic vision with operational leadership, fostering collaboration across teams, mentoring Account Managers and Executives, and building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to deliver exceptional results.

Strategic Leadership and Planning

  • Drive innovative and cost-effective communication strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects of clients' business, brands, and marketplace.
  • Actively seek creative and innovative media solutions to enhance client campaigns.
  • Apply Navigator processes and tools to deliver effective communication strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships at the appropriate level with key media owners, creative agencies, and other specialist partners.
  • Ensure all client requirements are met and surpassed, maintaining a proactive and enterprising approach to client dealings.
  • Lead clients' understanding of communication planning and implementation while fostering collaboration across teams (Digital, Sponsorship, etc.).
  • Promote WPP Media's vision and ambitions to clients and suppliers.

Team Leadership and Development
